The L.A.B. Injectable Mentorship Program helps licensed medical professionals gain real-world exposure to aesthetic medicine in a structured, educational environment.
Mentees shadow injectors during clinic days and assist with educational, non-billable tasks under supervision.
Clinic Days: One day per week, Monday–Friday (9 a.m.–5 p.m.)
Minimum Term: 3 months (extendable up to 12)
Location: 1910 E. State Hwy 114, Southlake, TX 76092
Hands-On Training Credit: One hour of private hands-on training per month of participation.
Supplies are provided; trainees cover product cost.

Designed for Real-World Learning
The L.A.B. Injectable Mentorship Program is a structured educational experience designed for licensed medical professionals to gain
real-world exposure to aesthetic medicine.
Mentees shadow injectors one day per week in our Southlake or Dallas clinics, observing treatments and assisting with educational tasks under direct supervision.
Each term lasts a minimum of three months with options to extend up to a year. Participants earn one hour of private hands-on training for every month completed, which can be used during or after the program.
Educational tools, study materials, and access to The L.A.B.’s aesthetic education library are included to help reinforce learning.
This program offers a professional, hands-on introduction to medical aesthetics in a supportive clinical setting.

The L.A.B. Mentorship stands out by offering true clinical experience guided by expert injectors from both the Southlake and Dallas teams. Mentees gain direct exposure to aesthetic procedures, patient care, and clinic operations.
Mentees primarily shadow and assist under supervision. Hands-on injection experience is included through dedicated training hours earned monthly, where mentees practice techniques using approved models and supplies.
You’ll develop confidence in both patient interaction and clinical flow, gaining exposure to treatment planning, product knowledge, compliance, and documentation, all skills that strengthen your career foundation.
Consistency is key to your progress, but we understand life happens. Missed sessions can often be made up within your program term upon approval.
