Designed for Real-World Learning
The L.A.B. Injectable Mentorship Program bridges classroom learning with true clinical experience. Each mentee joins our Southlake location one day per week to shadow licensed injectors, observe patient care, and participate in non-billable, educational tasks under direct supervision.
This structure allows professionals to grow their skills, refine their understanding of facial anatomy, and experience the pace and precision of an active medical aesthetics practice.
How the Program Works:
- The Program is open to licensed RNs, NPs, PAs, and MDs/DOs in Texas.
- Mentees attend one clinic day per week (Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.)
- Commit to a minimum 3-month term, with the option to extend to 6, 9, or 12 months
- Earn 1 hour of private hands-on training per month of active participation
- Use training hours monthly or bank them for the end of your term
- All supplies are provided; mentees are responsible for product costs
- Models are available upon request or may be arranged by the mentee
Participation:
This is an unpaid educational mentorship that provides invaluable training and experience. Participation guarantees no employment upon completion.

Accountability Matters
All scheduled days must be attended or made up within the same term.
Missing three days within a three-month period may result in program removal.
Transparent Policy
All fees, attendance thresholds, and program terms are reviewed internally before final publication to maintain transparency and fairness.
All program materials remain the property of The L.A.B. MedSpa.
Program Commitment
A valid payment method must remain on file throughout the mentorship.
Unexcused absences or early termination may result in a $800 per-day fee for missed or remaining scheduled days.
Flexible Duration
The mentorship runs for a minimum of three months.
There are optional extensions that can go anywhere from six, nine, or twelve months based on performance and availability.
High Standards at All Times
Arrive on time, follow clinic protocols, and maintain a courteous, professional attitude.
Mentees are responsible for their appearance and transportation.
Program Completion
The L.A.B. MedSpa reserves the right to end mentorship participation at any time, with or without notice.
Mentees must inform their supervisor if they choose to withdraw before completing the term.
Program Standards
The L.A.B. Injectable Mentorship Program follows clear professional and legal standards to protect patients, mentors, and mentees alike. These principles guide how the mentorship operates every day.
Supervision and Scope: All mentees work directly under a licensed medical professional. Every task is educational and must be performed under supervision. Mentees may observe or assist but do not replace paid employees.
Confidentiality and HIPAA: Patient privacy is protected under HIPAA and HITECH. Mentees must safeguard all records, clinic information, and proprietary materials. No photos or recordings are allowed without written approval.
Liability and Risk: Participation is voluntary. Mentees acknowledge that they assume all risks associated with the program and release The L.A.B. MedSpa from liability except where prohibited by law.
No Wages or Employment Guarantee: This is an unpaid educational program. Completion does not create an employment relationship or guarantee future placement.
